Manager - Trading Technology Alpha Alternatives is a multi-asset class alternatives asset management platform based out of India and Singapore, with over Rs 12,000 Crores of Assets under management, and deep focus on alpha generation. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate as a Manager of Trading Technology to join our team. The candidate will be a part of a team which handles the Retail & Algo Trading application and Infrastructure for an elite trading group. Qualification & Background : - 3-4 years of experience in Linux and Linux based platforms along with shell scripting/python. - Experience in a technology team/Production support team at any stockbrokers is desirable. - Most importantly, the will to work in stock broking firm in capacity of Trading Application Support. - Good knowledge of Linux with shell scripting skills. - Knowledge on Python will be a positive and desirable. - Knowledge on monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios, etc. are desirable. - Knowledge on DevOps tools are desirable - Ability to understand backend processes/structure of the Trading applications and Log Files - Familiarity with Indian Stock Exchanges - Knowledge on Trading Software like Omnesys, Greeksoft, etc. & Knowledge of Exchange connectivity are desirable Responsibilities : - Maintenance and Support of Trading Applications - Automation of day-to-day activities (Dev-Ops) - Ensuring Error free EOD/BOD & high uptimes for Trading application - Performance & Infra Monitoring - Deployment of patches, log analysis, day-to-day activities involving Production & UAT environments - Coordination with external vendors and various teams with regards to Trading Applications and it's management - Resolve to learn and work on the existing Trading Applications and on new products If you have the required skills and experience, we invite you to apply.
