As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions for our Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, particularly focusing on the Procurement Module. - Lead and participate in all phases of Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM applications to meet client-specific needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. - Provide expertise and guidance to clients on Oracle Fusion SCM functionality, features, and capabilities, offering recommendations for optimization and efficiency. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for client stakeholders to facilitate understanding and adoption of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion SCM applications, providing timely and effective support to clients. - Stay updated on the latest developments and enhancements in Oracle Fusion SCM technology, continuously expanding knowledge and skills to drive innovation and excellence. - Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion SCM Procurement Module, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members as Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and support, with a focus on the Procurement Module. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM applications, including Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management. - Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices, with the ability to configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM solutions accordingly. - Hands-on experience in all phases of Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Oracle Fusion SCM applications. - Oracle Fusion SCM certification is preferred.
