Business Analyst

We are seeking a qualified candidate experienced with of Business Analyst within the Corporate Functions Technology team, who can play a pivotal role in analyzing the business needs of Finance and Risk portfolios, spearheading innovative solutions and process enhancements. Responsibilities : - Analyze and document business processes, understanding their impact on various systems and business areas. - Collaborate with business managers to define problems, document requirements, and propose effective solutions. - Translate users' business requirements into functional design specifications. - Guide and support peers, acting as a role model while ensuring project standards and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, resolving issues, and supporting change processes during development and implementation stages. Requirements : - 8-10 years of experience with 5 years as a Business Analyst. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT. - Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification. - IIBA CBAP Certification.
