Delivery Head - Agile/Waterfall

Job Overview : As the Delivery Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of products/services to our clients/customers. You will lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer : Leadership and Team Management : - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of delivery professionals. - Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure high performance. - Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Project Planning and Execution : - Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to the plan. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. - Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices. Client Relationship Management : - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/customers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Quality Assurance and Delivery Excellence : - Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement. - Implement measures to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Financial Management : - Monitor project budgets and financial performance. - Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation. - Ensure that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management). - Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a delivery or project management capacity. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. - PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
