QA Engineer with a combination of manual and automation testing experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, with proficiency in UI automation using Java and Selenium. This is a day shift position. [Responsibilities] : - Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure the quality of our software products. - Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium for UI testing. - Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve bugs and other issues. - Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. [Requirements] : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automation testing. - Strong proficiency in Java programming language. - Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation testing. - Familiarity with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit. - Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
