Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM EWM Consultant to join our supply chain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementation and configuration, along with a deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements, design EWM solutions, and lead implementation projects to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities : - Lead and participate in all phases of SAP EWM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Analyze client business processes and requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Configure SAP EWM modules to meet client-specific needs, including warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, storage control, and labor management. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including business process designs, functional specifications, test plans, and training materials. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives. - Provide training and support to end users during and after implementation, and troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed. - Stay up-to-date with SAP releases, updates, and best practices related to EWM functionality and integration with other SAP modules. - Support sales and business development efforts by participating in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - 5 years of experience in SAP SCM Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementation and support. - In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionality, including warehouse processes, resource management, RF framework, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM). - Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and warehouse management best practices. - Experience with SAP EWM implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) and tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - SAP certification in SCM/EWM is preferred.
