The role involves day-to-day tasks such as software development, integration, architectural design, and project management. The role is located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications : - Strong architectural design and project management skills. - Expertise in Oracle WMS architecture and software development. - Experience in integration and systems implementation. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in the IT industry is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Responsibilities : Architectural Design: Design and develop Oracle WMS solutions that meet the business requirements and align with the overall enterprise architecture. Project Management: Lead and manage Oracle WMS implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Software Development: Develop custom solutions and enhancements for Oracle WMS using relevant programming languages and technologies. Integration: Integrate Oracle WMS with other enterprise systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management), to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Systems Implementation: Configure and deploy Oracle WMS modules based on the business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and usability. Problem-Solving : Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to Oracle WMS implementation, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruption to business operations. Analytical Skills : Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs for Oracle WMS implementation projects. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5 - 8 years of experience working with Oracle WMS, including hands-on experience in architectural design, software development, and systems implementation. - Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading Oracle WMS implementation projects. - Expertise in Oracle WMS architecture, including knowledge of modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, and Warehouse Operations. - Proficiency in programming languages and technologies commonly used in Oracle WMS customization and development, such as PL/SQL, Java, and XML. - Experience in integrating Oracle WMS with other enterprise systems using middleware technologies like Oracle SOA Suite or MuleSoft. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
