Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and take charge of training and educating users and carriers on manual processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with global users. Additionally, proficiency in markup language, search engine marketing (SEM), and prior experience in content writing are essential for this role.
