Lead System Engineer - Windows 365

About the Role: Job Responsibilities: - Good hands-on of M365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook etc.) - Management, maintenance and complete administration of all products of Office 365 user administration - Good understanding of Windows server (2K16 to 2K22 OS, virtualization etc.) - Good understanding of Azure Services - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience for managing and supporting end-users (Windows and Mac environment) - Daily L2/L3 Calls Support on System & User management side. - Experience with supporting anti-spam filtering, logging and email tracking and transport rules. - Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multi Factor Authentication. - Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell. - Monthly audits on the Active Directory environment to reconcile users. - Consult with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and product owners to establish better process flow to mitigate incidents/tasks. - Manage user's mobile devices through our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (MS Intune). - Troubleshoot active sync issues with mobile devices. - Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 Teams. - Should be technically sound, patient, and a good listener to customer concerns. - Hands-on in Service Now or other ticketing tools. - Experience in working with remote support tools like ConnectWise or Other support tools. - Troubleshooting end-user problems and follow-up to ensure problem resolution. - OEM, third-party vendors and ISP coordination for visit and troubleshooting. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand technical and functional issues and clearly articulate solutions to clients - Responds promptly and appropriately to the maintenance needs and requests - Maintains the inventory and orders maintenance supplies. - Must possess customer service skills, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills - Must have time management and Good listening and communication skills - Nice to have basic understanding of security compliance and related regulation of china government - Nice to have knowledge of Network (firewall, router, switch etc.) - Nice to have knowledge of OKTA and ZScaler setup in IT infrastructure - Nice to have knowledge of Vmware Infrastructure (ref:hirist.tech)
