Teradata & Informatica Developer - ETL

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teradata and Informatica Developer to join our team in a hybrid work model. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining data pipelines, transforming and loading data into our Teradata data warehouse, and supporting data analysis initiatives. You will combine your expertise in Teradata, Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, and data analysis to deliver high-quality solutions that support our business Warehousing and ETL Development: - Design, develop, and maintain data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes using Informatica PowerCenter to populate the Teradata data warehouse. - Utilize Teradata tools and utilities to optimize data loading and performance. - Write and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and cleanse data from various sources (including Oracle). - Experience with scheduling tools like Control M (a plus) to automate ETL execution. Data Analysis and Support: - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Support data analysis initiatives by providing access to relevant data and assisting with complex queries. - Experience with financial data analysis, particularly bookings and revenue data (a plus). Version Control: - Utilize version control systems like Git to manage code changes and ensure collaboration (a plus). Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Teradata database concepts, tools, and utilities. - In-depth knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter for ETL development. - Expertise in writing efficient and maintainable SQL queries. - Familiarity with data warehousing principles and data modeling techniques. General Skills: - Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills to identify and develop optimal solutions. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and commitment to 4 years of experience as a Teradata and Informatica Developer. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Expertise in Teradata database administration and SQL development. - Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter for data transformation. - Experience with data analysis and supporting data-driven decision making (a plus). - Experience with financial data analysis (bookings, revenue) (a plus). - Familiarity with Control M for scheduling tasks (a plus). - Knowledge of Git for version control (a plus). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
