Senior Network Security Engineer - Administration & Support

About Our Client : Our client operates the IT Captive Shared Services centre in Pune with a majority stake by a Middle East Government that provides a host of IT Services to its residents in the Gulf region across Health Care, Logistics, Banking, Oil & Gas, Education etc. They are looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer based in Pune (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for handling day-to-day Network & Security operations. - Maintain, Support, administration and installation /upgrades of production network security devices, including outside of working hours in an on-call capacity - Support, administration and installation /upgrades of network and security platforms including multi-vendor firewalls, VPN's, Router, Load balancers, Switches, Security appliance, IPS, Wireless, LAN/WAN - Contacting and dealing with external suppliers (e.g., logging support calls and follow-ups with vendors/partners and drive the issue to closure) - Create and maintain network inventory/diagrams, SOP documentation - Manage incident, change and problem management for Network and security infrastructure - Manage Reports, Backups, configuration housekeeping. - Coordinate and support for any Site visit activities at different locations - Coordinate with Vendors and client for device upgrades, Date Center migration, Device migrations, new device implementation, new technology implementation, existing hardware replacement, migrations - Resolve ticket based upon the SLA - Follow ITIL standards following Incident, change and problem management, policies and procedures and knowledge on information security best practices - Manage Load balancing platforms (Barracuda, F5 with LTM, APM and WAF) - Manage Security Platform include (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, IPS, DDOS) - Manage Microsoft Azure cloud network Security infrastructure, VNET, NSG, Route tables, Azure load balancers and Sentinel integration - Hands on experience in operating cloud hosted firewalls and load balancers - Coordinate with Information security team for implementing recommend mitigation plan by the information security team - Coordinate / consult with Clients for the understanding the requirement plan and execute - Coordinate with peer team windows, application and IT support for achieve task based on the client requirement - Oncall Support 24/7 for incidents and changes - Perform planned Changes/Activity after business hours/When ever required Skills and Experience Required - Bachelors' degree in IT related field (computer science, IS, Telecom, elections etc.) - 9 - 15 years of Implementation experience in related network and security technology primary in Firewall products. - Switching and Azure and load balancing technologies. - A Strong Network Security Specialist that provides 2nd and 3rd level support to operations group. - Certification: CCNP /F5/Juniper/Fortinet/PaloAlto - ITIL - Implementation/Deployment experience in handling Networking and security Technologies LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security/loadbalencer - Strong Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting routing, switching and security fault analysis in network - Expertise in handling Switching: Cisco, Juniper, Cisco Nexus, Juniper Firewall: Palo Alto, Cisco ASA & Sourcefire, Fortinet. Juniper - Web Application Firewall: F5. Network Access Control: Cisco ISE - Intrusion Prevention System (IPS): Sourcefire. Web Security Appliance: Fire eye & Source fire - Wireless Controller - Load Balancer: F5 BIG IP LTM/GTM Salary : Upto INR 28 Lakhs per annum Should be able to join after Employment Offer Letter Issuance by our client within 30 days.
