CRM Solutions Architect - Marketing Automation

Requirements : - 5 years of relevant experience. - Understanding of CRM solutions, marketing concepts, and marketing channels like direct mail, email, mobile, etc. - Experience in the execution of high-complexity, multi-channel marketing programs across multiple domains/ industries like healthcare, retail, banking financial services, etc. - Hands-on working experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) HCL UNICA Campaign or Adobe Campaign. - Good at understanding, analyzing, and interpreting campaign data output. - Experience translating business campaign strategy into business requirement document/ functional specifications, creating and executing test plans. - Good understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts. - Expert SQL skills and ability to write queries for data manipulation. - Ability to write HTML and JavaScript (preferred). - Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and quickly change priorities. - Organizational and interpersonal skills. - Good time management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
