Tableau Developer - Reporting Analytics

Tableau Developer. Experience : 5-8 Years. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure accurate, available, and analyzable data sources. - Design and develop dashboards using Tableau Desktop, including report authoring, troubleshooting, and data source management. - Create and modify SQL queries in Tableau to create calculated fields. - Develop interactive filters, parameters, and calculations for dashboards and worksheets. - Publish interactive dashboards on Tableau Cloud. - Perform performance tuning. - Test, clean, and standardize data with the Data Engineering team to meet business requirements. - Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including business stakeholders and technical personnel. - Document KPIs and Metrics definitions to maintain workflows and dashboard functionality. - Identify and resolve issues in the business process promptly. - Identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Skills & Qualifications : - Mid to Expert level knowledge of Tableau. - Working knowledge of Snowflake. - Ability to analyze and understand complex data. - Knowledge of master data management, data warehousing, and business intelligence architecture. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels. - Clear understanding of data warehouse lifecycle and experience in preparing design documents, unit test plans, and code review reports. - Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Lean, Kanban) is a plus.
