Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 F/O Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Trade & Logistics, Production / Manufacturing / Planning, Warehouse Management, and Project Accounting modules of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F/O). As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 F/O system to meet the organization's business needs. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation: - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F/O modules, with a focus on Trade & Logistics, Production / Manufacturing / Planning, Warehouse Management, and Project Accounting. System Customization: - Customize and extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 F/O to address specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Technical Consultation: - Provide technical consultation and expertise in the areas of Trade & Logistics, Production / Manufacturing / Planning, Warehouse Management, and Project Accounting to internal stakeholders and end-users. System Optimization: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance the performance of Dynamics 365 F/ O, identifying opportunities for process improvement. User Training and Support: - Develop and deliver training programs for end- users to ensure effective and efficient utilization of the Dynamics 365 F/O system. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting as Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and best Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, production, logistics, and project management, to understand business requirements and tailor Dynamics 365 F/O accordingly. Stay Informed: - Stay abreast of industry trends, updates, and new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F/O to recommend and implement best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Technical Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F/O. - In-depth knowledge of Trade & Logistics, Production / Manufacturing / Planning, Warehouse Management, and Project Accounting modules. - Strong programming skills (X, C#, or other relevant languages). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be a plus.
