Power Platform Engineer II - Windows 365

Job Title: Power Platform SP -II Experience: 6 to 8 years Location: Pune Job Description The Level 3 Microsoft 365 Support Engineer role is responsible for the administration of Office 365 cloud-based services. - Directly support Microsoft 365 services in an Azure-hosted solution. - Resolve escalated support tickets and requests. - Provide Level III support for SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent - Assist customers with minor service requests for SharePoint site and Power Platform flow/app development. - Assist with large-scale tenant to tenant and On-Prem to Online migrations. - Create and maintain technical documentation. - Develop, support and train Level 2 engineers to help resolve Level 2 Office 365 issues. - Strong customer service skills. - Performs related duties as required to contribute : - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or technology related field, or equivalent experience. - 6-11 Years of progressive experience. - In-depth knowledge of M365 related services and experience is a must. - Expert understanding of SharePoint Online , on premises, SharePoint hybrid and migration - Experience with Power Platform Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate cloud/Desktop, PVA, Power Pages) administration. - Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus - Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices. - Experience with Email archiving/retention solutions a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Certifications in this field are a plus. - Ability to "look forward" and prepare for future incident resolution. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and detail oriented. - Good interpersonal skills; effective team player. - Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines. - Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. - Experience using with ServiceNow is a plus.
