Job Description

About the job : Main Duties : Core Project Management : - Deliver an IT HAM project(s) for the client. - Understand the commercials, scope, activities, and deliverables for the current engagement - Build and maintain the delivery plan ensuring scope, time, cost, resourcing and schedule are aligned with deliverables and outcomes - Define and agree the scope of project delivery and securing its sign off by key stakeholders - Implement project governance in line with the programme governance model, designing the project structure and key resource plan - Develop and manage the end to end project delivery plan, including the proactive monitoring of progress to plan, and processes to secure inputs from workstream / senior leads - Undertake day to day management of a transformation project including reporting, management of risks and issues, team and supplier management, managing, tracking and reporting of the project budget Prepare, manage and maintain the key project control documents for example : - Project Brief - Project Charter / Terms of Reference (ToR) - Project Delivery Plan - Project Financial Management Plan - Stakeholder & Communication Plan - Project Resource Plan - RAID & Decision Log - Change Control Log. Additional Project Activities : - Maintain and run regular external delivery reviews with the customer sponsor - Manage dependencies, risks and issues relating to delivery, escalating where required - QA deliverables submitted by the delivery team for internal review prior to review with the agreed customer approvers - Track timesheet and expense submissions, ensuring the delivery keeps to forecasted spend, driving efficiencies where possible - Escalate issues early to Practice Lead and Delivery Management - Ensure all created content from the engagement is stored in the Brillio Teams area assigned for the engagement - Manage the capture and creation of content in the USX during and after the engagement (extract, anonymise and submit templates, deliverables, scripts, code, analysis worksheets etc. for IP creation) - Manage conflicts and issues, managing expectations and ensuring early sight of potential issues to Delivery Management - Manage stakeholders across the customer ensuring appropriate and regular communications and involvement - Build and maintain a stakeholder map for the engagement and broader customer organisation - Maintain active RAID logs for the engagement, managing risks and issues. - ESM Practice General Responsibilities - Identification of new business development within the client - Stakeholder management/engagement throughout customer organisations - Development and capture of new IP and updating the USX - SME input and support for other projects as part of the Brillio virtual team. - Employee/Contractor Responsibilities - Complete all requested administrative tasks in timely and precise manner - Comply with and support the compliance to the standards set forth in the employee handbook. Behavioural Competencies : Key skills and experience : - Strong relationship management skills and aptitude to multi-task and work well in a high stress environment, both within teams and independently - Strong in code of business conduct and ethics, professional, punctual and sticking to timelines for work assigned or picked up - Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities - Active listener, respects others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input whilst demonstrating strong communication skills (written, interpersonal and presentational) - Experience and understanding performance and capacity requirements - Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity - Drive and embody Brillio values and culture. - Knowledge in Planning & Delivery of IT / Business Change Projects: - Experience in managing hybrid teams in delivering results on time and on budget - Solid experience of dealing with stakeholders across multiple business units - 4 years experience in IT services, IT strategic projects or corporate transformation initiatives - IT related is required. - Project-Based Experience - Experience with IT HAM projects previously - Good knowledge of ServiceNow and have worked on a ServiceNow engagement previously. - Knowledge of HAM pro. - Experience in picking up projects at all stages of the project lifecycle - Experience in both Waterfall and Hybrid AGILE iterative / incremental delivery frameworks - Demonstrate experience in multinational/multicultural projects - Broad knowledge and experience in PMO: project planning, business planning, effective reporting and project controls, risks and issues management. Skills & Abilities : - Analytical skills and capacity to synthesize information; spreadsheet & analytic skills - Strong orientation to results, eager for achievement - Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and coaching skills, cultural sensitivity - Strong written verbal communication skills - Management of time pressure priorities - Excellent organisation and planning skills. Other Skills : - Certified in a project management qualification (e.g.Prince2, APM) to a Practitioner or Foundation level - Previous technical architecture skills desirable but not mandatory - Previous experience of running technology functions desirable but not mandatory - Previous experience of running RFI/RFPs desirable but not mandatory Desired Skills and Experience : - Servicenow, Project Manager, IT HAM, IT Services, IT Strategic Projects, Agile Itrative (ref:hirist.tech)
