Associate Technical Delivery Director - Agile/Waterfall

Job Description : This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, cloud computing (AWS and GCP), and project delivery within the retail e-commerce domain. You will play a critical role in leading and managing complex technical programs, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving client satisfaction. Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for assigned technical programs, from initiation to closure. - Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including team management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. - Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements, industry standards, and best practices. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Contribute to the overall growth and development of the technical delivery team. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in program management, cloud computing, and e-commerce. Qualifications : - Minimum 12 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex technical programs. - Strong understanding of program management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) and best practices. - In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and GCP. - Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Experience working in the retail e-commerce industry (highly desirable). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
