for Business Analyst: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams. Responsibilities : Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Assist in the development and implementation of solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Lead cross-functional project teams, developing comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project goals. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks and solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance processes and outcomes. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with a demonstrated proficiency in project management. Minimum 3 years experience in Web and Mobile development Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
