Engineering Vice President - SaaS Platform

Job Title : VP Engineering Experience : 10 years Work Location : Noida ( Onsite) Budget : 55LPA Primary Skills : MongoDB, Node, React, AWS Cloud, Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, DevOps. Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead the engineering team, developing the capabilities of that team through hiring, mentoring, and hands-on management - Lead the development maintenance and roadmap of the product - Work with your team to define an operational rhythm that balances high output with sustainable development. We care about what we build and how we build it. - Guide decisions around the long-term technical direction of Xebo's architecture - Balance near-term priorities with longer-term bets, exercising strong judgment about which problems need a just-enough solution and which require deeper investment - Ensure our service is available 24/7 by defining our live site operations, prioritizing the right investments to support this goal, and helping to identify strategic investments that will improve our security, privacy, and availability - Work on leading, growing, and mentoring people. Identifying and developing leaders for future - Help lead the entire company as part of the leadership team who will help drive Xebo.ai through our next wave of growth - Work closely with the Product and Sales team to understand the critical issues customers and facing and getting those resolved. We would love to hear from you if : - You have B.Tech/BE degree and previous experience as a leader in enterprise SaaS, especially in growth-stage start-up environments. - You have proven experience in Javascript framework - You have honed a broad set of management skills, including building teams with a diverse set of backgrounds and growing other managers. - You have experience leading teams building cloud-based distributed systems and can guide our platform through scale curves and avoid common pitfalls. Experience with modern, cloud-first architectures is a must. - You care deeply about the quality of the software you ship, you understand and appreciate the power of great design, and you are excited about building products that real people love to use. - You thrive in an environment that requires you to wear many hats and operate at multiple altitude levels. - You take a strong sense of ownership in the business and are excited to collaborate with partners across the organization to succeed together. - You have a point of view but are low ego.
