SAP MDM Lead - Support

Job Description : - Knowledge of importance of & challenges in master data entry experience a must - Handled /lead team of minimum 15 members. - Reasonably good in English writing /reading /verbal communication - Basic business trading knowledge or basic purchase domain knowledge shall help. Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse management. - SAP MM /WM process knowledge preferred. Preferably min 2-3 years of SAP MM /WM support or as an end to end user - Atleast 5-6 years of domain experience preferred - Should be ready to work in a non IT, end user retail company like Avenue E-commerce Limited. - Ability to plan, coordinate, set target for and direct the work of team - Ability to plan for continuous improvement - Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org. - Effective resource & time management - Leads testing efforts. - Ensures tickets are identified, entered, checked and closed in a timely manner - Communicates needed changes to development team. - Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules during project execution. - Manages resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with work load. Candidate Profile : - Technical Skills Domain should be in SAP - Qualifying Competencies Good Communication, Good in Academics, Master Data Management experience is a must - Industry (preferred)/ Dept Retail, IT, FMCG Profile requirement : - Communicates effectively with users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. - Manages expectations effectively. - Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles. - Believes in Teamwork and facilitates effective team interaction. - Able to lead team and is a self-starter and is able to drive activities - Develops relationships with user departments that foster ties. - Ability to perform and deliver under strict time lines. - Ability to deliver accurately - Professional integrity - Understands the "human" side of the change management process. 1. Master data entry in SAP 2. Ensure smooth and effective co-ordination with business, ERP team & other IT team members 3. Ensure deliveries with 0 defects 4. Able to review work & suggest issues 5. Transparent & quick in updating status 6. Apprising reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary) . 7. Maintains all proper documents related to master data management 8. Training team members 9. Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implements them with stakeholders buy-in 10. Able to manage teams effectively and with better productivity 11. Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several activities simultaneously while working to meet deadlines. 12. Manages resources in accordance with schedule & work load (ref:hirist.tech)
