Senior Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team in Bangalore and play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical software systems. Location : Bangalore (Hybrid) Responsibilities : - Design and develop highly reliable, scalable, and maintainable software applications using established software design patterns. - Work in fast-paced environments demanding high throughput, low latency, and zero downtime deployments. - Collaborate with development teams to define and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services. - Troubleshoot complex system issues in distributed environments, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. - Design and architect technical solutions to meet system requirements and performance goals. - Possess hands-on experience with the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including methodologies like Waterfall or Agile. - Demonstrate strong project management skills, leading projects from initial concept to production deployment, overseeing all development stages. - Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, effectively communicating with colleagues and inspiring teamwork. Required Skills : - Proven experience in developing and deploying software using modern programming languages and frameworks. - In-depth understanding of distributed systems architecture and principles. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools for proactive performance management. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Passion for building high-quality, reliable software systems.
