Roles & Responsibility : 1. 1-3 years experience as a Business Analyst 2. Building & Maintaining data pipelines 3. Google Analytics, MixPanel, Tableau, Power BI- Data Visualization, Segment- Data Warehouse, MIS Reporting, Cohort chats, Product Analytics, Python/ R 4. Taxonomy Management : Maintain a comprehensive taxonomy system to ensure accurate categorization and organization of data. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and adapt taxonomy accordingly. 5. Operational Analytics and BAU Support : Perform daily checks, monitoring, and assist in resolving queries from various teams. Work closely with teams to conduct due diligence on data discrepancies and provide actionable insights. Ensure seamless business-as-usual (BAU) operations by staying vigilant on data flow and proactively addressing potential issues. 6. Tool Proficiency : Demonstrate expertise in utilizing multiple tools, with a focus on Mixpanel, Segment and GA4. Take ownership of tool setups, configurations, and optimizations to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities. Data Flow Understanding: Have a deep understanding of data flow within the organization, identifying dependencies and potential bottlenecks. Provide insights into the cause-and-effect relationships between various data points, enabling informed decision-making. 7. Metric Management : Develop, maintain, and monitor both high and low-level metrics and dashboards. Actively participate in setting up, optimizing, and communicating metrics to relevant stakeholders. 8. SOP Development : Establish and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective information communication. Define protocols for who communicates what, how, and when, ensuring consistency in reporting practices 9. MIS Reporting : Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, highlighting key metrics and insights. Adhere to defined frequencies for reporting and follow established protocols for information dissemination. 10. Self-Initiative and EDA : Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying areas for improvement and conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA). Take the initiative to deep dive into data sets, uncover patterns, and provide actionable : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics). Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. Proficiency in tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and exhibit a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
