Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of highly crucial projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and coordinating the project team, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, monitoring project progress, and communicating project updates to stakeholders. Qualifications : - 12 Years of experience in Technical Project Management. - Hands-on experience in Java/J2ee/Net projects. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proven experience in program management and project management. - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams. - Experience in the IT industry. - Must have Agile / Scrum methodologies. - PMP certification or other relevant certifications. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Prefers local candidates.
