Minimum Requirement Matric. Well presented. Excellent communication and Customer Service skills. Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in a managerial role in an operational environment. Strong administrative Skills High Proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities: Obtain budgets and drive sales. Maintaining food costs. Maintaining labour costs. Financial standards maintained. Ensure operational standards are maintained. Maintain fixtures and equipment. Ensure beverage standards are maintained. Ensure hygiene standards are in line. People resourcing and recruitment. Human resources. Team development. Manage performance and time management. Ensure management and teams are delivering on steps of service focussing on the guest's experience
