Engaging with the guests in the Lounge by being present, keeping an eye on service and constant interaction with guests and responding to their needs and requests. Training and quality control of Wine Lounge staff Doing daily cash-ups and notifying any other departments/suppliers of relevant information and daily orders. General administrative duties, including record keeping, staff management & training
