Job Description

Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a relevant tertiary qualification Previous experience with SAP transactions is essential Must be able work under pressure without losing the ability to systematically complete set tasks. The flexibility to work across the areas and positively influencing others is important for this role Must be able to establish clear direction and making decisions on a timely manner Good communication skills, specifically in English, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required Must have a valid drivers license The successful candidate will be responsible for: Receiving and printing picking slips and handing over to transporter for delivery planning. Ensuring delivery notes are created when transporter liaised with customers for deliveries. Creating spreadsheet for KPI.s customer care deliveries. Checking VLO60 report to review open deliveries daily. Ensuring all drivers sign delivery notes when loads are dispatched by warehouse. Co-ordinating picking and transfers Preparing GRVs for all customer returns when received at the warehouse. Supplying credit to customers when sampling is completed, and results of seed is verified by lab. Ensuring all consignment stock is returned and SAP system updated. Assisting with stock takes. Coordinating pickings and transfers. Ensuring all P.O.Ds are returned and filed. Controlling all transport invoices for carrier on TMS system and verifying costs. Utilising company resources in an efficient manager in order to control cost. Complying with goals (DPR) set for quality, reliability, cost and people. Attending safety meetings and ensuring all training is compliant. Assisting in inventory control. Assisting with procurement for warehouse, requesting quotations, creating purchase requisitions, receiving purchase orders, receiving goods on the procurement systems and loading invoices to LINup. Data capturing of the new open pick slips. Typing of shipment advise note for schedule deliveries. Liaising with internal and external customers. Adhering to established HSE procedures, rules, and work practices. Utilising and properly maintaining all necessary/provided safety or personal protective equipment and controls. Immediately reporting all workplace hazards and incidents through reporting channels.
