Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or CA. 2 to 3 years of experience in an industry context. Knowledge of SAP/Syspro, Business Warehouse, Anaplan is a plus. Previous controlling experience, preferably in site manufacturing. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to anticipate future trends and developments. Primary Responsibilities: Controls and Compliance: Oversee execution of controls, internal and external tax reporting. Cost Leadership: Ensure accuracy and reliability of results, manage inventory and capital expenditure. Forecasting & Planning: Support brewery operations and financial planning teams. Cost Management: Analyse costs, variances, ensure compliance with accruals, GRN, co-products, returnable packaging. Inventory Management: Ensure compliance, conduct stock counts, investigate anomalies. Capex Management: Ensure correct capitalization, physical verification of assets, compliance with policies. Financial Planning & Analysis: Provide inputs for forecasts and plans. Tax Compliance: Manage invoicing, excise validation, rebate liaison, and collaborate with tax teams.
