SALES ASSOCIATE (FIRGROVE, CAPE TOWN)

Requirements: Proven retail experience, preferably in a similar role Minimum Matric qualification with mathematics Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous Knowledge of inventory procedures and stocktaking Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Responsibilities: Track orders, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely delivery Maintain adequate stock levels Assist with processing and tracking of orders Resolve customer queries and complaints with a focus on excellent service Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store goals Process point-of-sale transactions and handle product returns Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTCs clients and/or verification information suppliers.
