Job Description

Minimum requirements: Minimum qualification: Matric Must have 3 -5 years experience in a similar role Computer literate Demonstrated leadership prowess with outstanding interpersonal skills Extensive culinary knowledge and hands-on experience Responsibilities include: Efficient ordering and inventory control Maintaining high food quality and consistency Upholding rigorous health and safety standards Effective staff management, training, and development Budget oversight, cost management, and waste control Spearheading the creation & development of new culinary offerings Willing to work weekends, require working shifts based on a 195-hour month Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
