Years exp: min 4 years. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Manage large amounts of incoming calls Log service calls received Coordinate technicians Ensure timeous handling of all customer queries Identify correct fault diagnosis Accurately load all information on the BPO system Data capturing Processing quotations Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Work with Call Centre supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Open and close all calls received
