Position Summary:

This role will support the SCFS Manager with the day-to-day management of our team of analysts, and interaction with the team of Account Managers, whilst delivering great customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner.


Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Providing day to day management and support to the SCFS analysts
  • Working closely with the SCFS Manager
  • Ensuring client KPIs are met.
  • Ensuring audits are accurately created in the timeframe required by our clients
  • Monitoring audit allocations and throughput
  • Assisting with client, Account Manager and auditor queries via email and phone
  • Working closely with our Audit Delivery team to ensure accurate allocation of audits
  • Creation of reports, data and visuals as required by the Retail Manager
  • Leading the creation and development of new audit templates, reports, and checklists
  • Collating client and business data to provide overviews
  • Ensuring the accuracy of customer facing platform accounts and client facing dashboards
  • Maintaining key business information and data for the business unit including client manuals
  • Overseeing invoicing for the Business Unit
  • Responsibility for a small portfolio of SCFS clients


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Competent computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
