IT Support Technician with Data Center Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Technician with Data Center Experience to join our team.

Your Qualifications

Desirable experience in support roles in critical environments of Linux Redhat/Suse, Unix, and Windows servers, along with basic knowledge of network management:

• Operation and management of servers, systems, and services. Process checks, startups, and restarts.
• Monitoring tools for server and service performance, capacity, and availability.
• First-level analysis and diagnosis of platform alerts and incidents.
• Direct interaction with users and expert groups as the first level of HelpDesk for incidents and escalations.
• Support for the planning of corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance activities on servers and systems.
• Documentation of procedures in operation manuals.
• Support for manufacturing IT devices and services:
• Servers and application services.
• Printers and printing services.
• Monitors and workstations in industrial plants.
• Scanners and barcode readers.
• PLCs and data capture stations.
• CAD stations.
• Equipment inventory management.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong prioritization skills and adept at managing work queues, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering cohesive working relationships, and adeptness in communication with remote teams.
• Intermediate proficiency in both oral and written English communication, enabling effective interaction in an international setting.
