Proactively tracking trucks to provide accurate ETA updates. Keeping clients informed about the real-time status of their cargo. Building solid relationships with loading and off-loading points, identifying key role players. Excelling in daily administrative tasks, including meticulous data entry and reconciliation. Collecting essential PODs for complete documentation. Strategically planning weekly truck movements and timely stock deliveries. Resolving client, transport, and supplier-related queries with professionalism. Being available to all relevant parties beyond office hours for urgent assistance. Qualifications: To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience: A tertiary qualification in Logistics/Logistics Management, demonstrating your expertise.
