Your Role:

• Lead the development of an IT solution, overseeing all project phases including conception, planning, execution, and maintenance.
• Assess project feasibility by identifying client needs, evaluating risks, and drafting detailed project specifications, including timelines, financial, and human resources requirements.
• Organize communication, manage and influence stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate teams, monitor project progress, and ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the final IT product.

Your Profile:

• Proficiency in project management techniques, including the ability to design project specifications and plan activities effectively.
• in project management (ERP, APS, supply chain solutions implementation)
• with task management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and Smartsheet, ensuring efficient resource management and project tracking.
• Mastery of software infrastructures, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of IT solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner, demonstrating expertise in Agile and waterfall methodologies to drive project success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and motivation among team members.
• Professional proficiency in English, enabling clear communication with stakeholders and the preparation of comprehensive reports.
• Prince, PMP, others programs or project management certifications

. Junior to intermediate profile: imperative on site (Strasbourg) 2x/week and 3 days remote.

• Remuneration: Gross + vacation bonus + profit-sharing bonus (up to 5%) + individual bonus (up to 5%)
• Mobility : Occasional in Western Europe (France, England, Netherlands, Germany, Poland...)
