Plant Manager

Role Overview: To oversee and manage the production of the mill on a daily basis. To ensure that all company requirements for HR, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration and operations are met within the production environment. Qualifications: Matric Production or related qualification preferred Requirements and Skills: Possession of a valid Code 08/EB drivers license 3 - 5 Years’ experience in a similar position Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word Problem-solving and decision-making Conflict resolution Communication, relationship building and team leadership Negotiation and selling Key Performance Areas: Complying with Health, Safety and Risk regulations Environment and sustainability Leadership and Human resources Quality and laboratory Finance and administration Procurement and inventory Operations management Business intelligence and communication Please apply directly here.
