They aren't just looking for an average Service Advisor; instead, they want a dedicated Service Advisor with exceptional aftercare service skills who can elevate their CSI. Their ideal candidate will be a top performer, ready for a challenge, boasting a minimum of 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised dealership, a personable and professional work ethic, outstanding customer service skills, and proficiency in CDK.
