Spa Manager URGENTLY needed for a Busy Guest Farm in Pretoria THIS IS A SINGLE LIVE-IN POSITION with FOOD ALLOWANCE Health & Skincare/ Beauty Therapy/ Somatology Diploma Spa experience required 3 - 4 years of working experience, 1-2 years in a Management Role Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and experience in spa software management. Experience in Marketing will be an advantage MUST be able to provide a variety of Beauty treatments and services to clients, including Massages, Pedicures, Basic Facials & Scrubs, ensuring personalized care and attention. Demonstrate business acumen by achieving financial and operational goals, including cost and inventory control. Uphold standards and protocols while promoting continuous learning, innovation, and growth aligned with brand standards. Proactively develop revenue-generating opportunities and showcase the spa's offerings to guests and stakeholders. Ensure seamless interaction, support, and communication with other departments for optimal operations functioning. MUST be an excellent Salesperson. Have a strong record of Training and Leading people. MUST have excellent Product knowledge of various Spa products. MUST be able to work under pressure. MUST be Sales & Target driven and be able to motivate Therapists to reach targets. Previous experience with the opening and implementation of a spa would be beneficial. (Live-in position with Food Allowance)
