Customer Support Agent (Inbound Calling)

Job Description
Are you energetic, disciplined, and passionate about cars? Then you are the Customer Support Agent we are looking for to join us!
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads, collecting for every call as much information as possible needed for the seller to close the deal (customer’s info, email, source etc)
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Address the calls to the correct departments in case of specific complex matters (ex. claims, onboardings, activations )
- Meet personal/customer service team daily targets
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements and skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English and French; or English and German
- High school diploma
- Working hours: Monday- Friday, 9:00-18:00 CET, max 8 hours a day
- Service provider agreement
