Job Description

Are you energetic, disciplined, and passionate about cars? Then you are the Customer Support Agent we are looking for to join us!

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads, collecting for every call as much information as possible needed for the seller to close the deal (customer’s info, email, source etc)
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Address the calls to the correct departments in case of specific complex matters (ex. claims, onboardings, activations )
  • Meet personal/customer service team daily targets
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements and skills

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in English and French; or English and German
  • High school diploma
  • Working hours: Monday- Friday, 9:00-18:00 CET, max 8 hours a day
  • Service provider agreement
