Challenging Responsibilities: Tackle diverse tasks, from daily inspections and AI optimization to creating SOPs and training on-duty staff. Responsibilities: Perform daily inspections of installed hardware. Ensure the installation and optimization of AI on CCTV infrastructure. Prioritize maintenance tasks based on client requirements. Maintain cameras in optimal condition. Regularly test PTZ functionality. Provide operator training to on-duty staff. Design and implement SOP for CCTV incident handling. Maintain an inventory of surveillance equipment. Submit detailed weekly reports. Skills Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience with Hikvision cameras and Hikcentral. Experience with Cathexis/Milestone/Avigilon VMS is advantageous. Thorough understanding of networks, including VLANs, fiber optics, data copper cables, switching, etc. Proficiency in installing and updating firmware, configuring hard drives, and troubleshooting computer-related issues. Knowledge of servers, including RAID configuration, virtual server setup, and mirroring. Good administration skills for effective record-keeping. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and determined to resolve CCTV challenges on-site. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
