We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position : Spa Rezeptionist (m/w/d) Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation, actively promoting the spa, treatments, services, classes, and retail, as well as programs available Ability to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant if needed Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments Ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy Working at Le Grand Bellevue means becoming part of a team that prides itself on delivering genuine and authentic service amidst the stunning beauty of the Swiss Alps.
