Expected from 01.06.2024 - 10 months Ensure smooth daily operation in the pool area Welcome guests and provide information about SPA/pool services Preparation of water, tea, and fruits in the pool and sauna area Daily cleaning of the pool and sauna area according to ISO quality management standards (compliance with hygiene regulations and standards) Collection of towel carts and folding towels Major end-of-season cleaning Conduct Aqua Gym classes (if certified) Swimming lessons (if certified) Perform daily sauna infusions Prompt reporting of technical defects Quality control (water parameters, temperatures) Application of first aid in emergencies Supervision of outdoor areas/ sunbathing lawn in summer Support and co-organization of Spa & Pool events (Night Spa) Initial handling of complaints together with Spa Manager or Deputy Spa Manager Adherence to and communication of Kronenhof standards Start date: June 2024 At the Kulm Group, our people are the key to our success.
