Job Description

The Career Development Centre (CDC) is a key component of a student/participant’s experience as job opportunities and career outcomes are often cited as a reason for pursuing graduate management degree programmes.


To cater to the size and diversity of our student population and their interests; the CDC is structured into 3 sub-functions of (1) Career Coaching & Education (CC’s), (2) Employer Engagement Sector Advisors (EE’s), and (3) Operations (Ops). Within the Operations Team, Company Relations Advisors (internal : Campus Recruitment Advisors) collaborate closely with the Employer Engagement Team, primarily tasked with cultivating relationships with recruiting partners and optimising the recruitment process for both employers and students.


The Company Relations Advisor (CRA) oversees a portfolio of companies within a target sector which includes both new and recurring recruiters at INSEAD. The CRA provides guidance and assistance to those recruiting partners regarding their involvement with INSEAD MBA and MIM students and participants from GEMBA and EMFin programmes. This involves coordinating and promoting their activities, as well as collecting pertinent data to inform strategic decisions.


The CRA is responsible for:

· Client Management (Employers) Collaborate with the EE’s to nurture the accounts and develop client relationships. Schedule and participate in engagement-related calls with recruiters to gather feedback on their experiences and prepare for future engagement activities.


· Communication: Oversee employer advertising and promotion efforts, crafting tailored messages to increase company awareness among relevant INSEAD student cohorts; utilising various communication channels such as emails, newsletters, and plasma screens. Configure all events on CareerGlobe, the recruitment platform for students/recruiters. Proactively address student inquiries regarding recruitment activities, including work authorisation and role requirements. Collaborate with cross-campus Ops and EE teams for global events.


· Knowledge Management and Job searching: Understand allocated industry sectors to grasp the associated terminology and comprehend the structure of these sectors. Monitor key recruiters’ websites and work with recruiting contacts to identify if there are potential roles to advertise to our students/participants.


· Experience Data Management: Collect feedback and data from recruiters and students related to the events, for use in evaluating the success of the engagement activities and recruiters’ experience. Analyse the collected data to enable data-driven decision-making in the strategy of planning future recruiting activities.


· Logistics and Event Management: Organise and deliver virtual engagements with recruiting partners. Collaborate with the Campus Event Coordinator/s to execute each on-campus recruitment campaign, ensuring the delivery of a seamless experience for each recruiter. Where appropriate, support the EE in the logistics of treks, including planning and hosting.


· Process Optimisation and Innovation: Continuously seek to optimise and innovate processes involved in delivering recruiting and engagement activities. With relevant stakeholders, innovate engagement activities that provide opportunities for creating connections within the allocated industry sectors.



Key skills required:
