Jnr. Draughtsman (Electrical)

Qualifications and exp: Diploma or degree in Draughting Electrical Autocad software. Minimum 3 years Electrical Autocad drawings work related experience. (Electrical panel design and drawing) Read and understand diagram-wiring for control panel and electrionic products. National diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Duties: Liaise with engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs. Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials. Describe production methods step-by-step (including equipment and software types to be used) Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software. Design diagrams, layouts to illustrate workflows. Analyse and prepare technical drawings and review them along with the technical and engineering team. Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards. Follow workflow protocols for new and revision documents. Submit to management for review and approval. Able to perform tasks that may fall outside of the related main duties and responsibilities. Attend training that may be needed to perform this particular role. Willing to work overtime. Willing to travel for work purposes should it be necessary.C
