Now we are looking for HR manager to Kaspersky subsidiary company- Nexway.

The role is responsible for supporting the HR and Management team during the whole employee cycle: hiring, personnel files management, performance management, employee relations, payroll and different HR projects
The HR Business Partner will be working within a multicultural environment make sure x-regional consistency in HR policies and procedures, being an HR project manager as well as a backup for HR Director.
This position is based in Nimes.
Principal Accountabilities / Critical tasks
- Manage the entire recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, validations), pre-boarding and on-boarding of new employees;
- Identify the training and development actions necessary to support employees and grow the business in your area;
- Ensure personnel administration (contracts/amendments, administrative monitoring of employees, HRIS and personnel files management etc.);
- Manage the works Council including coordinating and leading the various social arrangements and agreements;
- Guarantee the application of social legislation (incl. working time etc.) and manage employee relations (incl. disciplinary issues etc.);
- Deploy annual reviews and talent reviews and implement the salary policy (annual increase process, bonuses, salary proposal, etc.) up to the communication;
- Advise managers on all strategic HR issues (change management, organizational development, establishment of a managerial culture, etc.) and everyday issues;
- Support managers in all HR decisions concerning their teams;
- Support and monitor employees throughout their professional career within the company;
- Administration of HR policies and procedures bases, their update and further development;
- HR projects management.

Education
- Degree in Human Resources or Management
Work experience
- 5+ years in human resources management;
- Experience of working with international teams is preferred
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Proven experience and knowledge in compensation and benefits
- Experience with managing personnel files and HR systems
- Experience with Works Council
- Experience of managing HR projects (such as audits, policies implementation)
- Experience of working with high-performance teams, high competitive industries (ideally within the IT industry)
- Balances combination of team player & being able to work on own initiative
- Comfortable with change & ambiguity as HR evolves across the business
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Listens as powerfully as they talk
Languages
- Excellent command of French and English (fluent).
