General Maintenance Technician (RV Industry)

What You’ll Do Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, LP gas, etc.) Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure quality work before the RV goes to the customer Complete minor carpentry, sealant, and hardware repairs Move, clean, and prepare RVs for customer delivery Help educate customers on how to use and care for their RV Work outdoors and indoors depending on the job Participate in paid training and certification programs (earn more as you advance!) What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting (home, RV, facilities, or similar) Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely Willingness to learn electrical, plumbing, and RV systems Great attitude and customer service mindset Team player who enjoys a positive, friendly workplace Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to climb ladders, crawl under units, and work outdoors No automotive engine work required. This role focuses on RV systems, not engines.
