Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description Our esteemed clients are in need of an experience Maintenance Technician to join their team at their Brooklyn, OH location. This is an exciting direct hire opportunity starting $20-$24/hr- depending on experience. Job Responsibilities: Timely completion of work orders including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs Preventative maintenance of the grounds and amenities Communication with the Property Manager to assure highest level of safety and standards throughout the property Make ready apartments for new tenants Work with outside vendors Respond to after hour and weekend emergencies as needed Job Requirements: Previous Maintenance Technician experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge Detail orientated and reliable with strong communication and customer service skills Benefits include potential bonus opportunities, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Health and Dental Insurance, and 401K.
