Permanent Administrative Officer II | DSWD Place of Assignment: DSWD Central Office, IBP Road, Brgy. Batasan Hills, Quezon City Item Number: OSEC-DSWDB-ADOF2-15-2025 Compensation: SG 11 (Php 30,024.00) Eligibility: Career Service (Professional); Second Level Eligibility Employment Status: Regular CSC-Prescribed Qualification Standards Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job Training: None Required Experience: None Required Preferred Qualification Standards Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job Training: Four (4) hours training on logistics and warehouse management Experience: At least one (1) year experience in warehousing and inventory, logistics, production, financial and quality control standard setting and volunteers’ assistance. Additional Requirements Good written and verbal communication, time management, organization skills. Good typing and numeric key entry skills. Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of computers and web‑based database and information using MS Word, Excel, Access and mobile application development. Validates data/information accuracy and consistency. Knowledge of pertinent rules, regulations and laws on government property management. Ability to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure. Great attention to details. Flexible, responsive and willing to learn or be trained. Willing to work long hours, even on weekends and holidays especially during disaster response operations. Job Description Under general supervision, performs technical, and support functions of Logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related works. Functions and Responsibilities Act as a Receiving Officer of Warehouse and Transport Management Section. Assists in monitoring all incoming food and non‑food procurement. Prepares and coordinates with warehouse‑in‑charge for the Storage Plan of scheduled incoming relief goods. Facilitates the receiving and storing of incoming procured and donated items. Prepares Acknowledgement Receipts for the received incoming deliveries of Procured and Donated Items. Facilitates the receiving and proper storing of produced Finished Goods. Assists in the updating and reconciliation of Stock Cards and Inventory Reports. Reviews and validates Purchase Order / Delivery Receipts and other documents related to incoming deliveries. Handles the data tracking of incoming deliveries for both procured and donated and properly maintains the records/files of the Section. Monitors the submission of reports and other documents required by the Section. Assists in the conduct of actual inspection of all incoming items prior to receiving. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Job Outputs Communications and reports related to the functions of the Logistics Management Division, Warehouse and Transport Management Section. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports regarding Inventory of Food and Non‑Food Items (NFIs), management of warehouses and forwarding services. Concept Notes and Activity/Project Proposals. Criteria for Evaluation Education – 25% Training – 10% Experience – 25% IQT – 10% Technical Exam – 15% Interview – 10% Performance Review – 5% Total – 100% Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% of the maximum total score or 45 points in Education, Training, and Experience (ETE). Final Shortlisting: Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%.
