Functions and Responsibilities Provides administrative and technical support in the management of relief items. Consolidate/reconcile data/reports of NRLMB. Prepare communications and reports related to the management of relief items. Assist in the provision of technical assistance to FOs in the implementation and standardization of policies regarding quality management of relief items. Assist in coordinating the general administrative services functions of NRLMB related to quality management of relief items. Prepares periodic reports related to the quality management of relief items. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Job Outputs Communications and reports Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports Consolidated maintenance reports and inventory of all tools and equipment, as needed.
