Solutions Analyst

D365 Solutions Analyst Location: Carlisle (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office). A growing organisation is seeking an experienced D365 Solutions Analyst to join their Technology team. This role offers the chance to work across a range of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, supporting ongoing projects and system enhancements within a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide first and second-line support for D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Commerce). Troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, and liaise with third-party vendors where required. Gather and analyse business requirements to propose effective functional solutions. Support upgrades, module rollouts, UAT, and data integrity tasks. Maintain documentation and monitor system performance, recommending enhancements where appropriate. Requirements: 3 years’ experience with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX. Strong functional understanding of finance and operations processes. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. Familiarity with Power Platform or willingness to develop skills in this area. Ability to manage multiple tasks and produce clear, accurate documentation. Desirable: D365 Functional Certifications. Industry experience in agriculture, retail, or manufacturing. Exposure to LCS, DevOps, and Microsoft reporting tools (Power BI/Fabric). Some travel to other sites may be required.
