Company and Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in internal sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, client inquiries, and administrative tasks. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information and the best possible solutions. Quotation Preparation: Prepare and follow up on quotations with accuracy and efficiency. Order Management: Process customer orders, monitor progress, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. CRM Maintenance: Keep customer and sales activity data up to date in the CRM system. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions and exceed sales targets. Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring satisfactory outcomes. Market & Client Research: Research new projects and clients in relevant industries, gather key information, and schedule meetings for Business Development Managers. Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile): Experience: Minimum 5 years in internal sales (preferably B2B). Education: Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory). Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) intermediate to advanced Excel skills required. Experience with CRM software and ERP systems (advantageous). Familiarity with Microsoft Teams preferred. Sales Acumen: Solid understanding of sales and financial principles (GP, margin, debit, credit, cost of sales, etc.). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Organizational Skills: Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative and customer-focused mindset. Commitment to providing exceptional service.
